Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with Pro user features, you can ask for a cancellation of your subscription and refund by sending a mail to support@dbportfolios.com. You do not have to give any reason, we respect your right to stop using our service.

If you cancel within 15 days of the date of commencement of the subscription (inclusive), we will refund the entire amount.

If you cancel later than the above period, we will refund the remaining amount, calculated on a pro-rata basis of the period for which you have used the service, on a daily basis.

All calculations will be based on the pricing that was in force at the time you subscribed to the service.

The refund will be made through the same mode of payment through which you paid.

We will make the refund to your bank (or other payment intermediary) within ten working days (exclusive) of receiving the cancellation request. Your bank (or other payment intermediary) may take a further period of time to credit the refund to you.

You can take the refund only once. You will not be eligible to claim it if you subscribe again.
